We've gotten in additional product and have started shipping out our back orders. If we purchased while we were out of stock, your order is shipping and we'll be sending out confirmation emails again this week.

Sometimes pride goeth before fall

We failed to plan for our success. We recently sold our 100,000 unit. We really got so wrapped up in helping our customers store their collections that we forgot to celebrate. We also forgot to order more pages.

I know, I know. It's pretty simple. If you're selling, make sure you have product.

So for now there's a small wait to get pages in. We'll update the site once we know when the arrival date of the pages will be.

Until then, feel free to use the envelopes to get organized and the pages will be in sooner than you now it.

If you'd like to know right as they arrive, please email us and we'll be happy to let you know when they arrive.

Our commitment to quality: We won't cut corners!

Let me share a little story of our how important quality, consistency, and getting it right the first time are to our company.

Many of you have talked with us about your ideas for future products and we appreciate knowing what you want.

In response to numerous requests, we planned to introduce a 6-Pocket Scout Page in December 2009.

That was our goal and we knew many of you wanted them for the holiday season as well.

But then, we got a call from our manufacturer who had received the tooling needed to create the newest page.

Our manufacturer told us that they could meet the target date and have these in our hands in time.

However, the page was not going to be exactly the same.

What happened was the cut on the corner of the page was 3/8" deeper than our other pages.

This was not going to affect operation of the page at all, nor would many of our as customers even notice it.

Nonetheless, it only took us a few minutes to decide it was best to wait until we got exactly what we wanted.

We accepted that this meant we would not have the product in hand until January 2010,

but keeping our commitment to consistency and quality was more important to us than rushing to make a sale.

The new 6-Pocket Scout Pages are in stock and they match our other pages perfectly.

We hope that you value quality and consistency as much as we do and continue to use our company for all your collection storage needs.
